I’m Aldo Pini, CSO & Partner at LePub Brasil, a seasoned strategy leader with over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry.
I have a proven track record of planning and executing innovative campaigns that have delivered business growth, brand relevance, and consumer engagement for clients like Budweiser, Heinz, Brahma, Natura, Sadia, and Vivo.
As the former Chief Strategy & Effectiveness Officer at Africa, one of the world's most creative and effective agencies, I led a team of 40 strategists and planners across various disciplines and areas of expertise. I was responsible for developing award-winning cases that were recognized globally by festivals such as Cannes Lions, Effie Awards, One Show, and D&AD.
One of the greatest strengths I developed in these years of my career was a multidisciplinary vision that allows me to think about strategy regardless of format or model, always aiming at the best recommendation for the brand, be it a new product, an event, content or a traditional advertising piece.
I'm also a specialist in behavior and cultural trends and am deeply passionate about sneakers and mainstream culture.

With works recognized globally, I have accumulated hundreds of awarded cases in the world's main festivals of creativity and effectiveness, like Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Effie Awards, and Clio.
Here are some highlights:
Budweiser's "Tagwords": Grand Prix and had the most awarded South American case at Cannes Lions in 2018.
Brahma's "Foamy Haircut": Gold in Creative Effectiveness at Cannes Lions 2023 was the case of engagement of the year at Cannes in 2022. I also won gold at Effie Latam and silver at Effie BR in 2021.
